This Saturday (31), Fullysense Group celebrated the fifth anniversary of its founding in the United States by launching an innovative affiliate program. During the event, co-founder Fernando Mattos emphasized the importance of sharing the journey and values he and his brother, Renato Mattos, also a co-founder, have built together over the years.
Fernando pointed out that the event was more than just a business gathering; it was an opportunity to share how their faith in Jesus Christ and the lessons learned from 35 years of entrepreneurship have shaped the core of the company.
He shared details about his upbringing in a humble Christian family, explaining how faith guided him through professional and personal challenges. During the event, Fernando highlighted the importance of family, making special mention of his wife and son.
AFFILIATE PROGRAM
The highlight of the event was the presentation of the Fullysense Group’s affiliate program. The founders explained that this initiative was developed to expand the company's reach and provide opportunities for those seeking a fair chance in the job market. The program allows affiliates to refer high-quality products without worrying about inventory, logistics, or customer service, as all infrastructure will be managed by the company.
“We are offering a real opportunity for life transformation, especially for those who believe in their potential and want a chance to show their worth,” said Renato Mattos. He emphasized that the affiliate program is not just about sales but about creating a referral network that allows affiliates to generate income through their connections.
With the air freshener market growing rapidly, Fullysense Group believes that the affiliate program will help reach new heights of success and significantly expand its market reach by 2030, when the industry is expected to surpass 30 billion dollars in value.
CONTINUOUS INNOVATION
During the event, Renato Mattos also shared the group’s growth and innovation journey. He detailed how the company, which started in a garage, quickly grew and is now a leader in the ambient scenting market, offering diverse products such as smart diffusers and fragrances tailored to the U.S. market.
Renato highlighted that Fullysense's success is due to continuous innovation, including the creation of aroma diffusers for various environments, from small spaces to large arenas, and the introduction of safe, petroleum-free fragrances. He also announced future launches, including a line of liquid soaps, reed diffusers, innovative scented candles, essential oils, and fragrances inspired by the world's most sought-after perfumes.
NEXT STEPS
At the event, Fullysense Group revealed ambitious expansion plans and new projects. Starting in October, the company will move to a new logistics center, six times larger than the current one, preparing to launch a state-of-the-art facility focused on cosmetics and perfumery.
Renato Mattos emphasized the importance of this expansion as part of the group's continuous growth and mentioned the collaboration with JP Martini, a perfume expert who has worked with him for 12 years. "JP showed me a completely different world from what I was used to," commented Renato. This shift in focus, from footwear to perfumes, reflects the group’s dynamism and adaptability.
In addition to the physical expansion, the company is investing in new fragrances. With the help of a renowned international perfumer, Fullysense is developing a collection inspired by the growing market for Arabian perfumes. The new line, named "DAOI," which means "God loves the unlikely," will tell the founders' life story through exclusive fragrances, with the launch scheduled for early 2025.
SUCCESS STORY
During the "FullyTalk" segment, Renato Mattos interviewed Elisangela Maia, one of the company’s first affiliates, who remained loyal to the business from the beginning, even through the challenges of the pandemic.
Elisangela spoke of her passion and dedication to the AromaPlan brand, attributing her success to faith in God, the support of her family, and her determination to provide customers with more than just products, but a positive impact on their lives. She expressed gratitude to the co-founders for believing in her potential and opening doors for her to grow in the market. She also emphasized her commitment to inspiring and training new members of the company.
SOCIAL COMMITMENT
Fullysense Group also reaffirmed its commitment to social responsibility, continuing to support a project in Nigeria led by a dedicated missionary. As part of this commitment, the group has set a goal to sell one million bottles of perfume per month over the next five years, with one dollar from each sale going to the social project in Africa. The aim is to invest up to one million dollars per month to transform lives.
EXPANSION INTO THE U.S.
After more than 30 years of experience in Brazil in the footwear and food sectors, brothers Fernando and Renato Mattos decided to sell their operations in Brazil, Peru, and Colombia in 2017 and move to the United States. Although the initial plan was to step away from business, their entrepreneurial spirit prevailed. In 2019, they founded Fullysense, starting in a garage. Despite the initial challenges, especially during the 2020 pandemic, the family's unity and hard work were key to overcoming obstacles and consolidating the company in the U.S.
The retrospective of the tough beginnings was well illustrated in a video presentation that highlighted the challenges of starting a business from scratch in a new country, facing language and cultural barriers, but underscoring the strength of family unity and faith as key elements to their success.
The event concluded with a raffle of over $15,000 worth of products, ending the celebration on an optimistic note with high expectations for Fullysense Group's future.
